His journey began in 1994 with one of the world's most prominent aircraft brokerage firms, providing a robust foundation for his future endeavors. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and industry insight, Justin went on to establish Jet Evolution. His innovative approach to business—particularly in accommodating large cabin class trade-ins and diversifying into leasing—allowed Jet Evolution to flourish rapidly under his leadership. Over the years, Justin has built a reputation of trust and reliability with a diverse range of clients. He boasts a loyal clientele that includes esteemed organizations like Cintas Corporation, The Nicholas Group, Head N.V., among others. His expertise in managing intricate international transactions has equipped him with a unique skill set to navigate import-export purchases, sales, and leases with precision and ease. Since joining Jet Evolution in 2019, Anusha has emerged as a trusted sales professional, skillfully managing her clients' aircraft sales and acquisition needs. Based out of Jet Evolution's Washington, DC office, Anusha plays a pivotal role in the sales team, with a particular focus on Gulfstream sales, acquisitions, and contracting. Anusha's academic credentials include an Honors Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Economics from the prestigious Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA. Her career in aviation commenced with a position as a researcher, providing her a deep insight into the industry dynamics. This knowledge base has served her well in her current role as a VP of Sales, where she continually provides superior service to her clients. Her proven track record spans both domestic and international clients, demonstrating her ability to navigate complex, multi-faceted deals. Anusha's passion for languages enhances her effectiveness in a global industry. She is fluent in English, Urdu, and Arabic, and is currently broadening her linguistic capabilities by learning Spanish. This multi-lingual proficiency enables her to build strong relationships with a diverse range of clients, reflecting her commitment to providing a personalized service that transcends language and cultural barriers.

With two decades of experience in selling corporate jets and twin turbine VIP helicopters, Susan is a stalwart in the aviation industry. She has a distinguished track record of completing transactions for renowned corporations including Aetna Insurance Company, AIG, Books R Fun, and Politico. Before becoming a partner at Jet Evolution, Susan held significant roles in the industry. As the Co-Founder and COO of Loudoun Aviation, Inc., an international corporate aircraft brokerage firm, she demonstrated exceptional leadership skills. Furthermore, she spearheaded the launch of the VIP sales division for A.J. Walter Aviation, Ltd. This division was designed to cater to the distinct needs of BBJ, ACJ, and executive configured airline owners worldwide by providing comprehensive parts support and maintenance contracts. Susan's extensive knowledge of corporate jet and helicopter market trends, her vast experience in contract negotiation, coupled with her swift response time, add immense value to Jet Evolution and its clients. Her acumen and responsiveness make her an invaluable asset, reinforcing Jet Evolution's commitment to superior service and client satisfaction.

Matthew Leonard-Morgan

Matthew Leonard-Morgan is a passionate Aircraft Sales Executive, specializing in the Bombardier Global markets. With a background in commercial contracts and a commitment to superior customer service, Matthew is a trusted advisor for the aircraft sales needs of his clients. Matthew earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, FL. He has excelled academically, graduating at the top of his class with cum laude honors. Matthew's journey in the aviation industry began at Textron Aviation where he served as a Commercial Contracts Intern. In this position, he worked closely with contract specialists and managers, assisting them with agreements and sales documents. Matthew is currently training to earn his private pilot’s license as he enjoys flying recreationally in his spare time. In addition to his dedication to aviation, Matthew co-founded the UNF Ice Hockey Club Team during his senior year in 2022. As the club's Vice President for the 2022-2023 term, he demonstrated his leadership skills and dedication to success. Matthew is also a proud brother of the Sigma Chi Fraternity where he served as Vice President of his undergraduate chapter for the 2021-2022 academic year.

He began his journey as an intern in the summer of 2022, during which he developed an in-depth understanding of the Dassault Falcon market. His acumen for effective client communication and diligent market research have proven instrumental in his role. Beyond his professional pursuits, Mark is passionate for the great outdoors, relishing opportunities for skiing and exploring nature's wonders. His enthusiasm also extends to the automotive world, where he indulges in his fascination for cars. His diverse passions enrich his perspective, contributing to his holistic approach to his work. Mark's robust academic background, coupled with his professional diligence and a constant curiosity, render him an invaluable asset to our team. Sophie's experience in the world of corporate aviation is both deep-rooted and expansive, having been raised by two generations of accomplished aircraft sales executives. She combines this rich background with a strong sense of organization and commitment to driving Jet Evolution's services into the future through innovation and streamlining. Outside of aviation, Sophie is an enthusiastic surfer and an ardent traveller, with a love for embracing new experiences and cultures. Her passion for discovery and growth extends to her academic life as well, where she is pursuing International Business studies at the University of North Florida. In addition to her professional and academic endeavors, Sophie is a dedicated member of the Alpha Phi Sorority. Her leadership skills were recognized in 2023, when she served as the Vice President of Recruitment. Sophie's multifaceted background, dedication, and forward-thinking attitude are invaluable assets to the Jet Evolution team, setting the course for a promising future.
